Love Your Brain is an organization close to our hearts here at Soulshine Yoga! Love Your Brain (and Soulshine Yoga!) believe that yoga, mindfulness, and community are essential in transforming the well-being of people impacted by traumatic brain injury (TBI), including concussion. Mindful March was created to raise money to help keep Love Your Brain’s Yoga program free for all who need it across North America.
This year Soulshine Yoga is celebrating #MindfulMarch with a by-donation Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing class!
Participants will join Love Your Brain-certified instructor Joan Mortimer for a presentation of Overtone Sound and Guided Meditations using the spoken-word and tranquil sounds through the use of Gongs, Chimes, Singing Bowls, and Native American Flutes.
